- Mix 500ml (1/2 litre) curds to 200g of Foodlore Mallige Rava Idli Mix.
- Smear idli moulds with vegetable oil. Pour batter to 3/4th of each mould & steam in cooker without weight for 10-12 minutes
Let it cool a bit before removing idlis from the mould.
Savour the delicious Idli with your favourite Chutney or Foodlore’s curry leaf chutney pudi
