Melukote Puliogare Paste

Red chillies, cumin, pepper, coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, asafoetida, salt, dry coconut, jaggery, vegetable oil, tamarind

Step1: Cook 1 cup of rice

Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of puliogare paste (add more for a more intense taste)

Step 3: Add fried groundnuts and mix well

A little jaggery will enhance taste
